I must be honest, the picture is amazing, especially the work around the bird and the bird itself I could weep over, I aspire to such freedom in visual expression... but the title?
but I AM having a daft morning - out of coffee and must leave my warm fire and head out in a nasty ice storm for half the day, my mind clearly is not functioning well.

Callooh, it's a winged penguin. Brookers is a youtube author that does silly videos. Her Myspace blog is titled "Ascending Penguin".
