Le Havre? Atlantic ocean. Very beautiful, water and sky so bright. Delightful.
I love sea, would like to see every ocean. I've seen yet the Baltic, Mediterranean and Atlantic, quite many still to see.

Kirsi, I went on a mad search for the location of this painting.

The site for this painting is Sainte-Adresse it is in Le Havre, to the north, facing Brighton across the Channel.
The sea view is of Seine Bay, not the Atlantic proper but sort of part of it, if the Channel is part of the Atlantic.

Come to think of it, Sainte-Adesse is not really part of the Seine Bay because the town of Le Havre is the last terrain to face the the Seine Bay but faces directly unto the Channel.

Lovely place, I'm sure.
